I have this beauty at ANACS right now. Any guess as to what she'll grade?

I've been collecting US coins for years and I find Buffs to be one of the most difficult series to grade EF and higher. I'll throw the first stab at it and say EF-45. Nice coin!

I agree, Buffalo nickels are more difficult to grade than most series. One significant hindrance is grading guides hanging on the the standard that the point of the horn should be visible on VF Buffs. I think a small percentage of VF Buffs could show the point of the horn, but the great majority will not.

Another thing that makes Buffalo nickels hard to grade is that the design features were rounded off rather than being delicately detailed like on other coins such as Barber coins and Morgan dollars. The more rounded design features of Buffalo nickels raises the question of strike vs. wear more so than on more finely detailed coins, I think.
