I do not think that cut is big enough to give this one a details grade. I think it is around VF-20.

Normally, I'd agree, but it is in arguably the most important part of the coin. Dead center obverse, right in the middle of the cheek.

You all tore this one up....Double Eagle being the closest, NGC gave it a VF35. It may have been a bit overgraded, but I see it as a solid 30 with a full liberty and most of the bottom rail. The hits on the cheek are a bit distracting though, definitely not PQ, but it is an album coin and fits the bill.
