No 1910 D Lincolns either.

Mint was just beginning to become a full fledged "branch mint" until 1911.

I would just say its normal since not all mints
made coins back then. Take a look at the Buffalo nickel
mintage and you'll see what I mean. << Real Guess

I'll have to check with the dealer at a local flea market. He sells 1916D Mercury dimes and 3 legged 1937D Buffalo nickels. Maybe he can get his source to come up with a 1909D Lincoln Cent.

You obviously missed the episode of the metal detecting show "Diggers" where they showed us all a 1909-D Lincoln Cent.
