1955-S Roosevelt dime w/ Rev Error?

I know its nothing special but what is going on?

Not sure if it grease, or something? a VLDS error...

but rev looks to have extra bud , weak leave, die chip, Feeder Finger Damage?

Feeder Finger Damage is usually more prominent than that, it looks like heavy die polishing as halo1st said

It could be part of a clash/or die damage caused by a clash. There is a closeness of designs that could merge there:
1955-S-Roosevelt-Dime-W/-REV-Error?
The lines near the "E" are from a strong die cleaning in that area.
