I was checking out all the coins this guy was selling and a good many don't look right? If you check his sold listings it seems like most of his Indians have about the same look and the V nickels just don't look right. Not sure, too bad you can't zoom in (which is a red flag for me). The coin does look too "perfect" and "flat" if that makes any sense.

I would stay away, I'm not an expert either but I would agree that its fake. The date looks all wrong

I looked at a few of his past sales and some of his coins are highly suspect. The 12-S V nickel he sold has a weird looking date just like the 1872 Indian cent mentioned in this thread. Anything that looks weird can be dangerous...especially weird looking coins on ebay! |

Nice piece of tramp art! The 2 looks like it came out of a cake decorator's squeeze bag with a flourish. To make it appetizing to bidiots a nice coating of verdigrease has been applied.
