Last night, I saw a BU LP3 Cent in a tip jar, so yes
I took it out, and replaced it with a Dime.

It's a little embarrassing to be raiding
tip jars in a restaurant, you know...

Then again, I've purposefully left a few AU LP× Cents
in "Give-A-Penny, Take-A-Penny" trays...

PS: That 1986 Statue Of Liberty Half is an awesome find,
Bowfin!

I found my first silver quarter in circulation this weekend. I was dumping halves at a bank and it was sitting there in the reject tray along with 2 other quarters. 50 cents and a silver quarter, I'll take that any day! 1964-D.

Wow, Bowfin, suh-weeeeet!

I got an order of 2x2s in today, and itching to wrap up a coin I went through my change. Found a nice shiny LP-3 to bag and tag, 2009D.

This morning at Dunkin Donuts I received a 2005 Dirham from the United Arab Emirates in my change instead of a quarter.

Not from circulation, but I was able to acquire 16 Marianas quarters today! The credit union usually has a limit of 4 or 8! The teller sold me all she had.

I found a nickel with a reverse on each side. You can see where 2 different ones were cut and put together. It is very good craftsmanship though. I plan to hang onto it to win a few coin tosses!
Rest in Peace

Not really from circulation, but I received a DC Quarter (P) in the mail from a organization requesting that I return it with a donation. Yes, this is the first business strike DC quarter that I have seen.
