This guy has been selling misrepresented fakes, as well as ones he admits are fake, for quite a while. Since before ebay gutted the Enforcement section.

First off, it's raw, second off, the last 9 is just ugly, and I'm pretty sure something about the N, but I'm not a major Indian Head cent collector, so I don't know the difference.

As long as ebay gets their fees, and the Seller is willing to make refunds for items that are returned, he will continue to be able to sell on ebay. However, once his DSR's get nailed enough they then pull the plug on his listings. If the Seller has a 90% return rate on his counterfeits he is still raking in the money on the ones that aren't returned. I noticed that he is now doing one day listings to avoid getting his reported listings removed. ebay has a lag time from the time a report is filed before it is looked at and acted upon.

You can see that he bought the exact same coins that he's been selling, novelty items for $10. Not too swift. And reading the positive feedback from buyers is just sickening.
