It's generally risky business buying such online. That said, nothing visually screams "counterfeit" to me, but the first step in a process of authentication would be to weigh it.
Edit: Didn't notice that huge "S" at first, certainly not right.

Looks like a totally fake cast, it has that mushy grainy look.

SilverbytheOZ Welcome to the forum. Have you weighed the coin? Your coin would make me very nervous. The "S" in HISPAN is completely incorrect and the edge looks wrong to me, the design should look like tulips. The surfaces may indicate a cast coin, examine them under a powerful magnification or using a very high resolution scan or photo, if they appear to have small imperfections like bubbles, that is a bad sign. I have attached a scan of one of my 1737 pillars so you can compare the details and the "S" that I spoke of.

Some of the surface appearance can be explained by rough environmental conditions, but that super-sized S in HISPAN and the "I" that is mis-shapen and slanted at an odd angle are impossible to ignore. Looks like a pretty bad fake to me.

Yep - not of the period either IMO. That is a WILD LOOKING "S".

Weight is the first thing to check if you have the coin, that's off limit :) From the picture : mushy look, wrong fonts, wrong details (the o on MO is always clean), wrong rim pattern ... That's a bad copy :)

Nah, we all just enjoy our hobby, and enjoy helping others to avoid crooks (which all of us stumbled upon once in a while ...)

That one made my counterfeit watch list the day it was posted - recently manufactured (post 1950) Numismatic Forgery that I see as a melt coin. Of course if it is not silver (as I suspect) I would keep it around for fun but only pay $5.
