There is and clash die in my opinion on this coin. So, what is you opinion for this coin.
The pictures are not best but I hop enough...

My opinion is that the coin is damaged.

Looks more like the clash affected the area under the date:
2-Or-3-P-On-2007-P-Dime?
The mint mark is showing Die Deterioration toward the rim.
The area in front of the eye looks like a struck through area. Possible water/oil/grease as it didn't fill a device, just the field.

Thanks a lot!. I appreciate your opinion. Unfortunately the pictures does not show the true. I watched the coin with microscope 45x and the mint mark is ok.
