Another (in my opinion) staged jar of coins. How convenient to have a 1909 IHC right next to another IHC with an S mint.

It still ceases to amaze me on how all those coins fall flat against the sides of the jar!
It has to be a trick of some sort, because I can't seem to be able to do it with my "junk coin" jar at home here.

Oh how I would just love to find one of those coins in his jar among the recently sold listings on ebay.

Unfortunately, the serial number on the note in this one is very conveniently covered up by a couple of coins, so there goes the easiest method of exposing him (assuming he even gets the stuff he fills his jars with on ebay).

Why would you put all of those coins in there just to scrape against each other

The only reason the $2.50 gold is not a 1911 or a reverse with a "D" is that it could make people suspicious about his story.

I can just picture the seller carefully stacking all of these expensive coins on the side of the jar...what a joke...all the suckers will go for this one.

Why do you think the seller carefully stacked them? Obviously the original hoarder did it that way so he could see what coins he had.

And as usual, many, many bidders. Sure would like to talk to the winner of this.

Most of this Seller's prior transactions appear to be for less than 25$ and now he amazingly starts selling unsearched jars from the "Silver Dollar Ranch Hoard" for multiple thousands of dollars.

Just another shady ebay Seller that graduated with an "A" from marketing 101.

Actually, that is exactly what he did on his last Jar listing

I expect we will be seeing jars of coins from the Silver Dollar Ranch Hoard for years to come. Surely this type of thing is incredibly lucrative.
