Looks like the top coin moved while applying a heat source.
Apparently, he has several. doesn't really speak for the Christian inspired
gear he's unloading.

it's not heat, it's chemical/electrical anodizing.

the pattern can be changed depending on how much of the object is submerged and how the probe is moved.
