Two local shops agree the initials appear to match the 93reverse but the AM doesn't quite touch. I read on Lincoln Cent Resource this could be due to Die Deterioration. Are the initials the deciding factor? Any experienced opinion is very welcome. Thank u!

There was a recent posting about this same topic...I would link it if I could find it. Try a forum search. Seems a very reliable diagnostic involves the symmetry of the "A" between the "T"s in STATES.
