This is a proof coin and for first time I see such letters. What kind of error is that? I see and evidences of DDO. Is it DDO?

Looks like an over polished die or maybe Grease Filled Die,don't think it qualifies as an error though.

Here is an overlay for this die.

Note the word TRUST has any clashing in that area. That would explain the weak side of the "U" if is was polished out. The rest of the devices on the motto show some/none altering on them. The tops/bottom edges of the "N GOD WE" devices show normal devices? The central areas of the devices appear altered either by contact or grease filling. The "OD" and "E" makes me think it is grease as the look on these devices look like grease flow.
