REV is in a little bit rougher shape than the OBV, F12, details, cleaned.

No, not a dug coin to my knowledge. I have not used acetone or mineral oil on it, perhaps that would improve things. It's raw, from an inherited collection.

I wouldn't use acetone nor mineral oil on it. The only slight concern is the small spot of verdigris on the reverse, it looks pretty deep. Is that verdigris just below the date? I can't tell from the pic.

Looking at your other pictures, I think your light is a hair too strong and cutting through the patina. Is the coin actually darker in hand?

I do believe my light is too strong, probably need to work on that. Could be a reason why many of my LWC look odd or cleaned. In some cases it might be correct.
Yes, it does look darker in hand.

You just have to make sure it's not cutting through the surface patina. The pictures are great, nice light balance! Try dropping your exposure time a little to make the pictures darker or moving the light a bit until it's closer to how it looks in hand. I do a lot of previewing with a half shutter until I get it.
