Looks like it. It may be that your die state is earlier so maybe why the gouge isn't there. This was one of Coop's attributions, so he'll have the confirmation you are looking for.
Were your specimens in a roll or found CRH?

It is 010. The mark on the inside of the 6 and the top of the "U" in TRUST are there.

I bought OBW rolls, I found ten of these, five of the -020, an eight of the D horizontal D in two rolls

I loved buying them years ago. I found $85 worth of RPMs in just one roll when I bought them about 15 years ago. I think I paid like $2.50 cents a OBW roll then and I took all I could get. I need to start re-searching my rolls. That would probably take me years to go through them. Now that I know more, I probably missed some varieties.

But you can still buy them from coin shows/collectors, but not at face value.

I got lucky... the 1961-D and 1962-P coins I have been posting were purchased for $2.50 per roll. Fourteen rolls total
