coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 03/28/2015 12:03 pm The upset process made the rim taller. I've found many in the 1997-1999 that were like that. They were usually Denver mint coins. The weight is normal, just a taller rim. You can actually feel the extra rim thickness. Report this Post to the Staff
