4 boxes today.

2 boxes were skunks.

1 box had a 1963 Franklin.

The other box had a 1962 and 1953 Franklin.

The reality is I won't have time to look through them for about 3 weeks because I'll be on vacation, so I guess I'll savor them for at least the next 3 weeks

I don't think I could stand the suspense of waiting 3 weeks to see what I had in the boxes.

RCook, I look at waiting 3 weeks as no big deal because I know the silver coins (if any) in the boxes aren't going anywhere :)

I admit I'm as optimistic about the contents of those 2 boxes as any I've ever had!

Hope they turn out to be your best boxes yet! With the luck you've had in the past you're way overdue for a good hit.

I wish! I've probably got about $500. worth of them. If you find someone needing them to complete a Kennedy collection they might bring 2-4x face in nice condtion, but you're not likely to sell many at much of a premium. I only save them because they're worth as much in coin form as they would be in paper and who knows one day they may increase in value. It probably won't happen in my lifetime, but maybe in my grand children's lifetime with the low mintage numbers.

2 boxes today.

I had off of work for once so I hit up my emergency bank who always has a box of halves but I can only get there on a Saturday.

After getting shorted in several rolls last week I was surprised to see the roll in the corner of the box was over. and not just a little over, a whole lot over. I've had S & S boxes with a couple of short rolls shor 1 coin and usually one or 2 rolls will be over 1 coin. It never evens out but at least you are not completely shorted. However this roll had $12 in it Maybe it was a trailer from another box where all of the rolls have $12 in them. I can only hope

Ended up with 2 40%ers and an electric engraved.

I stopped at a PNC bank that I had only been to twice in 6 months and last time they only had $25in loose dollar coins and the time before they had $100 in loose dollar coins. Today the guy said he had dollar coins and halves. I said how many. He said he had a box of dollar coins and a box of halves He asked if it would be a withdrawal or cash. Since I don't have an account there I said cash and I'll take the halves and hoped they wouldn't ask for an account number anyways. He came back with a Brinks cube box but it only had $470 in it. I said I'd still take it and when he opened it to count the rolls they were S & S rolls instead of the white with black markings like the last Brinks cubes I got.

Skunked.

I save the really clean BRILLIANT UNC ones.

I have witnessed 2X and 3X face on ebay.

ebay is a weird place to sell; you never can tell what will be the results.

Well I finished up ten more boxes not much
only 1,40%,
a Panamanian 1/2 Balboa
and a counter stamped 1960 1980 Kennedy.
Next week because of Christmas I believe
the coin deliveries will be messed up.
Happy holidays to all.
