Picked up my third box today. 5 rolls in and I have pulled a 1951 franklin. That makes two boxes in a row with a '51 in a roll.

Just picked up $90 face in half rolls from the bank. 4th roll in and I found a 2002 S proof in nice condition. 5 rolls to go. Hopefully some silver. I always get excited about proofs though.

Not much lately but picked up just $3 in customer halves and landed 1 40% (ha-ha, that's what some of you get in an entire BOX!) and a 2006 P NIFC in BU.

Got two more boxes today. Was another decent batch, got a 57 Frankie, 1 90%, and 3 40%'s... I'm actually really surprised to have 4 good boxes in a row. Normally I'm lucky if I manage to find 1 40%'er out of 1k.

got a 1967 today in 1 dollars worth at my bank the teller told me someone took all of the halves a little while ago, and I said well I'll take those and pointed to her tray she was playing dumb then and was like "oh I forgot I had those....the edge looked really all silver, and I thought it was a 90%, oh well I'll take what I can get.

Last week in addition to picking up my 2 boxes at my bank, I picked up about 8 dollars worth of loose halves from 2 other banks and got a 40% from each. Sometimes you just get lucky. I heard the distinct clink when the teller picked it up. Then she put them down and said "Wait a minute, this one looks different" , She picked up a bicentennial and shrugged and handed all of them over. I just knew she was looking at that silver. Ha!

Finished the box last night. Just a trickle of silver...the '51 franklin, a 1967, a 1969-D and a 1976-S silver unc., plus a 2007-D NIFC. The '76-S really stood out in the roll. It has a very thick rim and does not show even a hint of copper clad on the edge.
Still having a very difficult time finding customer rolls. The upside is that banks don't even blink when I walk in with 3 or 4 hundred in rolled halves. They love em.
Doesn't hurt to call the drop bank asking for rolls of halves early the same day before making a drop later, hehe.

Another two CWRs and a lot more nothing... The funny thing is these rolls are arranged by date... one had a lot of 1996-D, and another had 2000-D's... Maybe they put all the silver in other rolls and I'll get those too! lol

Is anyone else finding "place of business" stickers on coins in rolls? I found a couple with the same name on them in different rolls. I meant to google the name to see how far the coins travelled but have not yet.
I found one of those cheesy obammer stickered coins in a roll. Isn't that considered defacing public property? lol.

$10 pickup today yield 3 40%. So far this year my ability to find customer deposited halves is way down, but my % of finding silver is way up. Go figure! Last year I searched almost $4000 in halves and 1.4% (112 coins) were 40% and 12 coins were 90%

Just got through going through my two boxes. Started off slow. I found 1 1964 in the first box. 2nd box was much better. 3 66's, 6 67's and 5 68's. I also found a 2001 p, 2004 p and a 2009 p.
I have also spotted a bunch of those business stickers on the backs. They are red and I looked up the business, it was a restaurant on the outer banks of NC. I also found one of those Obama stickered coins awhile back.

Nice find on the walker and the franklin. That is a lot of boxes to go through at one time.
