Don't mind at all.

This is what I do.

I order 6 boxes of halfs each week,(but I never use more than 1K of my own money at one time)

I get 2 from one bank and 4 from a different bank- I order on Fri /Sat- for the following week.

I pick up anywhere from 1 to 4 boxes , depending on if the bank gets their coins, either Thurs/Fri. and finish up with any remaining boxes by Fri afternoon or the latest Saturday morning

I re-dump in different branches of one of the banks. ( they have coin counting machines making it pretty simple to get rid of the halfs at a $1000.00 a bag.)

From Fri to the following Thurs, I go back to roll searching cents/dimes/quarters etc until it's time to do the halfs again.

It gets to be pretty routine.

Hope this helps.

Good Luck Hunting!

Chuck.

* On a rare occasion, I'll pick up a box of halfs on either a Mon/Tues/ or Wed from a TD Bank- but these are BRINKS Wrapped rolls and almost always contains ZILCH!*

The boxes I get on Thurs/Fri are String & Son Wrapped rolls and I've had way better success with them then Brinks.

Nice find Chuckster. Those boxes seem few and far between. I have 2 waiting for me and a 3rd at the bank. Getting 7 boxes next week and hoping for some of Chucksters luck.

Did 2 boxes. Found 11 40% Kennedys. One of them was a 1970 S - my first 1970.

Also, I found an unusual coin. It was a 1988 Kennedy P, but it looks like it just came out of the roll. It has a good well defined stamp, great lustre and nice ridges. In fact, it is so thick and nice, when I pulled it I thought it was a proof. I am normally not big on clad unless it is an NIFC that I need, but I am going to keep it.

After a long spell of basically nothing I scored about $300 in rolls from several banks and found 21 1964-P and 1964-D Kennedys, about 30 silver-clads, and 3 Franklins (1953-S, 1960-D, and 1963-D). It's been a couple years since I've scored so many silvers. Hopefully it's a sign of good things to come.

Nice job Chuckster!

Finally, I had a decent box yesterday. I picked my usual 2 boxes and was skunked on the first. I was frustrated and ready to take a small break, evident from my post on the previous page. I opened up the second box and the fun began. I ended up with:

20 40% silver
4 1964
3 Franklins
1 Walking Liberty

I was surprised by the finds because not even one roll had a silver piece on the end. I wish I could get a box like this every month, it is truly fun to find this many silver. About 5 years ago, I remember boxes like this were fairly common. Happy Hunting.

Wednesday I went to the to the bank to cash my paycheck and to get a box of nickels. While I was there I asked the teller if she had any halves. She told me she had six rolls and they looked old. I was excited and told her I'll take them. While she was putting them up on the counter I seen the end of one roll and it was a walking liberty. When I got in my truck I started looking through them. Here's is what I received.

61 Walking Liberty
58 Franklin
1 Canadian Half (1957)

This was the best find I ever had.

Some of your finds amaze me guys, I'm lucky to get NIFC's let alone silver. I think my best find was like 5 90% and a couple 40%'s. Just dreaming of the day I crack open a box and score 20+ silver halves.
