Well I had a good day searching today, I did find a 2002s and like two rolls of 2002p I think I might try e-bay with those and all the 76's (reg) put aside. A ton. Will be my first sale attempt in 6 yrs on there, except for when my unplayed Micheal Jackson picturedisk went unsold. lol Big hit on the 40% especially.

First time getting another CRHer's dump. Boy was that a waste of time.

I was hoping that it would produce at least one, but the guy was too meticulous. All the rolls even had the kennedy heads all facing the same way and reused brinks shotgun style rolls!

searched two brink's boxes, 1st = 1) 1964 and 3)40%'ers. All on the top layer, thought I was onto a very good box but the bottom layer blanked. 2nd box 1)1964 and 1)40% along with a 100 colones from Costa Rica (brass compound not silver).

I'm thankful not to have ever gotten another CRH's dump before, but I have had my fair share of boxes with many a hunters' mark. My question here is how y'all mark your coins- and how many you mark (in general, but more specifically for halves). The first mark I ever encountered was a CRH who painted Independence hall white, and I took a page out of their book and now dot the top coin of every roll with white-out.

Sorry, that was kind of ill-mannered of me. Let's just say it's not the kind of thing you want to boast about too much around here. There are some pages on that in this very thread from just a few months back, but I don't recall exactly where, so you'll just have to trust me on that.

wrestling, take a leap. I mark not due to selfishness. I collect a lot more than just silver. And if you bothered to read what I said, the coins I mark are NOT NIFC or proof or anything of the sort. I mark nasty coins.

ricardo, acetone will not harm a coin in the least.

When I am pulling Walkers, Franklins and silver Kennedys, I am certainly NOT going through someone elses culls. I have never once found any significant amount of collector coins in boxes with marked coins.

To that point, last 6 boxes, 3 40%, no proofs, 5 or 6 NIFC and thats it. And all rolls had several marked coins in them. So I know I am in the middle of a batch of dumps.

As for bags, you have to check with the local money services such as Brinks. Call them, ask if they supply bags to any banks and if so what ones. Then work through the bank.

That's a good tip. Is there a special number you call for that? I didn't even know they're in the phone book.

Thanks for the tip. Given the nature of what they do I guess I just didn't think they'd be answering questions like that for the general public. They do supply other private businesses than just banks, though, so I guess it does make sense they'd be answering some general questions, at least.

Yep. We found the banks in the area that can get bags. Now getting any of them to actually order them...thats a whole different thing.

Oh yes, understood. Appreciate this tip, smoker. We've been kind of down on our luck, lately.
