dan-in-crystal-lake Valued Member United States 493 Posts	Posted 04/23/2015 7:49 pm As spring is attempting to take hold here in Chicago and summer is not that far away, I was wondering what humidity you keep your coins at to ensure they remain in the condition you purchased them in? KenKat Pillar of the Community United States 4085 Posts	Posted 04/23/2015 7:55 pm I have put most of my collection in 2 gallon zip lock bags with a desiccant pack in each bag as well as desiccant bags in the safe where they are stored. legouge Valued Member Canada 165 Posts	Posted 04/24/2015 12:28 pm Relative humidity never above 60% and make sure that there is no major temperature fluctuations. I do keep mine in the basement but always have a dehumidifier running during the humid months. I also keep an Eva-Dry dehumidifier inside my display cabinet.
