I use a different grading scale for these, the "Holy Cow, what did this one look like in Mint State?" Scale. On that scale, this one's AU63+, doesn't make AU64 because of the unfortunate gouge right on the cheek.
I use it for AU (only) coins which were plainly Gem when they reached circulation.
