Shawnee IL 01 (The other have rocks that look like a beagle or a rock monster from another planet)
Cumberland Gap KY 05 or 06 tie ( other look like a drunken pioneer foot tracks, or the main focal point if an unidifieable essence)
Harpers Ferry WV 01 or 92 tie as being closest to the main reason for Harper Ferry being in existence. Other coins don't come close to the actual purpose.
Roosevelt ND 01 or 09 come closest to the essence of Roosevelt the outdoorsman. The others are just heroic poses or landscape.
FT. Mountie SC Tie between 04 and 06 with the nod going to 04. 06 is a much cleaner and direct emblem of Souther determination and defiance

Shawnee: 11-04 all the way. Eagle is a great touch Cumberland: KY-06 (what is Ky-01 - a scene from a kids mystery book?) Harpers: I normally like the nature designs, but WV-02 is just a great artistic design Theodore Roosevelt: Since he already has a Presidential dollar, I think this should be about the park, not him. I like ND-08 Fort Moutlrie: I like SC-07 a lot, except the cartoon explosion ruins it for me. SC-01 is a pretty cool design that would be very different from the rest of the ATB series. I don't know if that is a pro or a con.

For Harper's Ferry I really like #6. On a quarter, the design would be extremely busy however on a puck I think it'd look pretty cool.

IL-04 the only good one of the bunch KY-02 passage to the interior of the country so a frontiersman makes sense. WV-07 nice image of the key historical site in Harpers Ferry ND-01 the father of the NPS should get his own quarter, don't you think? Although I like the ducks flying over the Upper Missouri River in ND-09 too. SC-06 This site is about the bombardment and defense of Charles Town harbor by the British during the War for Independence? Would have like to seen another Civil War themed coin for Ft. Sumter though. Good selection of solid designs with no repeaters nor clunkers like this year.
