It is hard to tell from your pics but I would say at least AU-55. If you could take it out of the 2x2 CAREFULY (mind the staples!) and take better pictures, I could tell you for sure.

Based on the pics it is hard to catch the detail needed.
With very little feathers in the left wing and little to no definition at and above knee would put it around xf45 range, luster seems to be there so better photos would really help narrow it down or grade it up considerably.
Nice addition to the collection none the less.

Wow. To me this coin looks like it was burnished or polished. Or is it the weak strike making it appear that way?

There is considerable wear on obverse. reverse not too bad other than those scratches at U of united. IMHO VF-35.

Changed the settings a bit which stripped the luster but shows the details a bit better....and those scratches were a product of the 2X2
