CoinMasters Pillar of the Community United States 5964 Posts	Posted 05/23/2015 11:37 pm The "notched" letters in liberty on some coins are an indication of doubling, they can be at the bottoms going uphill or down or even at the tops, but I don't think they apply to the letters west of the erty. I am trusting my memory when I say that- so I could be wrong. Either way, I still don't think this is the coin you're looking for. The good news, Slamnbass, is it puts you one coin closer to it. I'm overdue for a DD also. I did find a RPM yesterday though. Maybe two, I posted them yesterday two 64 D nickels. Report this Post to the Staff
