Unsure if this is a blank in the usual sense of the term - looks like impressions at the top of first picture. Could you show a sharp close-up of that area, please.

If blank, only worth about $5 on a good day, also, I agree with Coinfrog, get a close up on the first photo up top.

Rims look too thick. I think maybe it was grinded off with a lathe, can you weigh it? Hard to tell if it is copper or zinc too. Geese.

I change my mind, I see no lathe lines. I don't know. But try to weigh it.

It has a rim so it can't be a blank.
It may be a planchet.

Does look like something was struck on top of obverse? Die adjustment strike possibly?

Are these two sides of the same coin? Or two different coins?

Auto white balance probably caused the different looks between the pics. The weight and a closeup of the 12 o'clock position of the first pic are needed to help us.

If you want to quote using the quick reply box - look at the following PICTURE of what to type (you don't need to make it red - the pic just has that for emphasis):

Completely-Blank-Penny-Clad,-Is-This-Valuable

this will give:

Quote:

This is the quoted text

Copy/pasting the desired text between the two "tags" (red code above) will save re-typing the text also.
