Looks like notching on the upper and lower serifs. Is this a minor RPM?

I believe that I see the notching you mention - so it must be RPM...

Sometimes when they are minor tilted RPMs, they don't get listed. Most variety collectors want a stronger issue. (but I save them all when I find them)
