Found this 1943S and it appears to be doubled. Maybe some of you more experienced people could give me your appraisal of it.

I'd say that's a genuine s/s (RPM), Dirt...I havent been able to find any value assigned to it in my books or on the web.

ODD, the glare and quality of the pic make it hard to tell, but the second image seems much more shallow and appears flat. If so, it is probably Machine Doubling. It will be interesting to see what either foundinrolls or coppercoins think.

I would like to see the other date digits and rotated 180 degrees to see what the other devices look like. That would help.

I also would like to see the date area with the mintmark in its proper orientation.

Is that even a real 1943? It looks copper instead of steel in the pics. Maybe it's just the lighting...

Looks like an RPM from the images, but 1943 cents can be very difficult to determine by photos. So many odd things happened that year, it makes photo attribution nearly impossible.
