A TON of the treasury vault bags were 04-o's so like the 81s they are graded rather stricktly. This one is an A-typical weak strike O that hasn't circulated. From the pics PL is not there but I see a solid 63 possible 64... Fyi, before the treasury releases this issue was somewhat rare. Report this Post to the Staff
