Nice find.
It's circulated -- but still looks great.
Enjoy.

Nice! I've been checking pocket change for 40 years, and average one wheat per two or three months. Few months back I found a 1919 in good shape.

Nice find, I was given a 1953 penny today :D
You should shop there more often, who knows what you will get there from change.

This makes me want to get a retail job where I am either the cashier or get to be the one to count down the drawer at the end of the shifts. I did that recently and was able to pull a very worn SLQ, a silver Roosevelt dime, a War Nickel and a handful of wheat cents. There were a couple of older bills (1950's to 1970's) but I don't really collect those.

OK, whose pockets do I need to dip into to get cool finds like these? *My* pockets certainly don't work--all that's there is lint.

"It's circulated -- but still looks great." Hard to find uncirculated coins in pocket change, isn't it?

Nice Find! Normally, when I find wheat cents in circulation they are from the 1950's.

I rarely make cash purchases, and when I do, I rarely get anything old in change. I DO, however, frequently get change from the guys at my school who throw their money around just to watch me pick it up, and I've scored a few wheat pennies, including a 1926 and a 1940 that way.
