If I am not mistaking,i believe I read somewhere that most of these dimes started out in Ohio.

I don't see a mint mark, but it does look like it shows signs of a light Grease Filled Die. The Motto near the rim, the wave above the date, the tops of the olive branches, the EPU and the fire on the torch. But most people would not catch this.

I would say it is probably the no MM error, not a Grease Fill.
