That's awesome. I value any history behind a coin and that's just priceless.

If I get a really high grade on this I will be sending the 2 sisters a bonus as they had absolutely NO idea of what they sold me, they are in their late 60's and a few extra bucks would make a big difference if they are struggling on a pension

"Lorna" Has gone off on a trip to the USA with a few other coins. I will post the results and the "True View" image I asked for with this coin when they become available

Quote: I named this coin after the sellers departed Mother as they gave me the history of how this was stored and acquired. Here is the paper that this coin was stored in for all those years. Well done.

The paper is very brittle and delicate so I have put it inside a 2.5x2.5 saflip so it doesn't get damaged. if I look carefully I could see that the coin had imprinted an impression in the paper over the years. This is a Classic "Nannas Knickers Draw" coin

Are you happy with the result? Regardless, I still think this is a fine looking coin.

Yes I am happy with the results and I am so glad I asked that the coin not be cleaned, it was described as being "grubby"

Not grubby, just dressed age appropriately.
