The reverse is easy enough to see without photoshopping an enhancement and it looks like a big winner at that price if the obverse is half as good. nlp

O.K... I need an answer,
Why am I looking at a coin that has dark pictures and sold for $51.00 and everyone thinks that's good?

Don't know nothing about this series, what am I missing?
It must be a rare date?

Looks about VG08. Just to play a little bit of devil's advocate, I think those are scans, not photos, but could be wrong. Not a fan of scans, but your coin looks good, and a nice consistent brown. Not a home run, but looks to be a very fair price for a raw VG08. Hopefully you can squeeze a VG10 out of it when you get it.

Well with an iPad I can enlarge the pic enough to see quite a bit of detail. The fabric at her bust is all there and I guess the coin to be VF to EF condition. Somewhere around 150-200 dollar coin. If it's good looking when it gets here that is. I think it will be.

Au contraire mon frere...I see too much detail but I could be wrong. I'm more worried about spotting or corrosion that I can't see on the obverse.

Well, I always seem to mess up the grades on these early ones, and I see a bit more hair detail, so I really hope you are right. Please post decent pics when you get it.

Oh I will Ed. I respect your opinion, you and Jerry are the guys on the big coppers. I could be seeing something that isn't there but I rolled the dice cause I surely don't need it lol. I'm getting to be a hoarder.
