I just joined the forum today and I'm 71 and I have been collecting since my teens. I'm currently working on a US 20th century certified Type Set. I'm retired and have a fixed income so my progress on this collection is not going as fast and it will happen as money allows. I have many coin collections and they often are made up of what I could afford at the time.
I also prefer coins that are of fairly high quality so in the type set I will buy a higher grade coin of a more common date rather then a F to VF coin of a rarer date.
Anyway I hope to learn a lot from this forum and contribute where I can.

As it turns out I was a member a long time ago and didn't realize it when I joined a few days ago so I haven't posted that many posts in two days.
Getting old can sometimes cause memory lapses and in this case it did.
