Awesome 1950d! Just picked up two boxes after a two month break. In the very first roll, of the first box out rolls a War Nickel! Pretty much a nonverbal 'Welcome back' from the coin gods. Ahhhh, it's good to be back....

The $40 associated with the two enders in the photo yielded nothing else of note.
The wrappers say "axiom" which is a local armored car company.

Doing another box this weekend, first in nearly a month (deliberately trying not to wear out my welcome at the bank). About 1/3 of the way through and found my first 1946D. It was kind of a standout - easily the most numerous one unfound by a wide margin. Everything else now is either a War Nickel or below 14 million (mostly below 10 million) So the "good box" streak stays alive for another box - 15 left to find!
