Shouldn't all electrotype'd coins say COPY like Moe's does since it is not an original?

Only those produced since 1973, when the Hobby Protection Act was passed.

No, simply because the vast majority of electrotypes pre-date the Hobby Protection Act of 1973 by many decades.

This was discussed on another forum a day or two ago. I don't believe it is an electrotype, I believe it is just a modern fake.

Only if it was made after 1973. (Frankly I don't know of anyone making electrotypes anymore. Casting is easier, and die struck copies allow for a much larger production run giving them more fakes to sell.)

I checked on it, it's a highly collectible contemporary and will stay up.

with Bobby, the EAC regularly offers these in their convention auctions, they sell in the $100-400 range depending on the date and variety of course. Very collectible on the old electrotypes.

Where is ebay's coin selling policy does it say that replicas or counterfeit coins are OK to sell if they are done a long time ago (contemporary counterfeits), or that it is OK if they are "collectible"?

If I list a fake 1909-S VDB, but call it a highly collectible contemporary, then that is OK?

Seems like a huge loophole to me.

It seems I read some where that the contemporary counterfeit micro "o" Morgans are against ebay policy and they pre-date the hobby protection act as well. Where is the line?
