What a bargain! And only gently used.

And no returns accepted. That one is definitely a keeper!

It's not worn, it just has bag marks! "Reserve not yet met." Feedback 94.4% positive.

Does the seller think this is a rare error ? and he's from the U.S. ,he should know what 1966 quarters are supposed to look like. I'd like to message him and ask what he want's for a roll of them exactly like the one he listed.

I have no idea what it's worth, so I'll put a reserve on it and start the bidding at $35. It's way too much work to look this quarter up to see if it is worth anything. Bah...

I have a 1969 quarter that is in much better shape. There are a couple of flecks of mud on it from Woodstock. My relative ran a coffee stand there and saved it after selling a cup of coffee. Selling it for $150. I'll throw in the coffee stirrer that the customer left behind. Did I mention it was Jimi Hendrix? Wait. Maybe I can get an even $200 for it. Do you guys think that would be worth it?

Seriously, my first thought when I saw that ebay item was "Are you kidding?"

Looks like a slot machine quarter.
They go through the shot machines and coin counters so often that they end up looking like that.
Rest in Peace

You don't have to be a rocket scientist or brain surgeon to sell on ebay. This would be the complete opposite of that spectrum, btw. (pronounced idiot )

You may want to save your 1969 Woodstock Gem & list it in a few months for Woodstock's 50th Anniversary Concert that Michael Lang is currently planning (as announced on my local Orange County, NY Radio Station)..

For some reason, I get the impression that this is a kid and not just another stupid adult. Seller is probably so young that he feels like he found an "ancient" coin and has something really special.

Yeah, I just looked at his feedback. He sold an iPod touch and has made purchases from "gamesalor" and "quikcodes." This is a kid.
