They are both replica pieces and worth very little.
They appear to be of base alloys and not of any significant value.

The grainy mushy appearance is a dead give away, also guaranteed they are much thicker and heavier than genuine coins. The Massachusetts silver coins have to be one of the most copied coins of all time! I remember buying replicas like these from museum and historic site gift shops when I was a kid.
Rest in Peace

These are cast copies worth virtually nothing, but you are among a very large number of people who have found these and thought they'd struck the mother load.

Still, it doesn't hurt to ask. On occasion folks ask this kind of question and they actually do have a treasure. Not often, but it does happen.

Welcome to the CCF, Barron310

Don't be discouraged that this isn't a genuine coin. It's a respectable copy of one of America's first coins. Likely made in the 1960's, your piece lacks the COPY stamp, as it was made before the 1973 Hobby Protection Act went into effect. So, you can see, it still has a story of sorts to tell.

I hope you enjoy your stay on the CCF. It's a great place to learn and enjoy our hobby ...
