I was looking to buy one of these on ebay last Sunday. The going price was 4 to 5 times just for the packaging of the coin. Unless the price come down, this isn't for me.
Rest in Peace

The CoinWorld price guide has many listings for Morgan GSA soft packs but actual prices achieved would be best searched on ebay.

That is a good question .. I have asked it myself.
Most answer, check ebay and see what they are
selling for.

Greysheet does have prices for GSA dollars, but I
think they are for GSA box.

In some members are wondering what we are talking about.

I have three 1878 CC GSA soft packs ..
Oops .. two I gave one to my daughter and son in law
Here is one of mine.

Dave, does GR's 78 look like a v11 to you? It's fuzzy but I think I see the gouges. Dayes right and I think the cc is too but the pic can be throwing the mm locatons. What say you?

Unless you already know the VAM GR?

If I remember right, one of them is a VAM 11

But your right, this picture is not the best.

I will have to dig that box out later and see if it
is this one
Rest in Peace

I think you're right Cascade. Let's switch here for a couple of weeks. You be the photo VAMmer and I'll be the blind VAMmer. Looking forward to some good picks at the Dallas Money Show.

Interesting to point out some of the nicest, highest graded GSA coins came out of the soft packs. They were considered lesser quality in the GSA sale because of the toning.

Despite the "normal wear" disclaimer that '78-CC looks mint state. The contact marks would likely keep it to MS-60 but I don't see any wear.

For some reason a majority of the Unc 78 CC's were released in the softpacks and not the hardpacks
