I could see a MS 63 pretty easy.

Probably just he photo's, but it looks like portions of the coin, obverse and reverse were put against a fine wire wheel.

Like many 81-S coins, this one's a monster. It's so amazing that even the tiniest flaws stand out against radiant booming luster. I will say MS-66.

I would say MS-64, the luster is amazing! The two marks on the cheek below the eye hold it back, although it could possibly 65.
