Wow considering I'm just getting into the currency thing and am currently pricing many of the above notes all I can do is shake my head. Like looking at some of the old ads in the digitized issues of the Numismatist.

@Steve - VERY cool. I'm old enough (just) that I can remember what would be involved in typing up that list on a manual typewriter....backing up the carriage to underscore characters.... WAY before the days of "word processors" and such.
And gorgeous notes to boot!
