Saw this on ebay and had to ask you guys what you thought of it. The pics of the reverse might be too bad to grade it properly, not mentioning the fact that it's very ugly on the reverse, lol.

Been absent for a while, who remembers me? HAHA! I'll be getting back on here shortly, just had school get in the way and stuff.

It's not graded, other than BU. It's an ugly reverse. At least it's never been cleaned

Not to hijack your thread, but I do and will be glad when I start seeing you posting more fraudulent coins for removal from ebay.

Coinhuntingdrew, I for one miss your astute findings on ebay. Don't stay gone for too long.

This seller has 6 circulated Monroe Doctrine Halves, and has sold as many circulated Stone Mountain Halves, how odd.

Welcome back CHD.

I am looking for the place where the seller said that this coin graded MS-66/67. I don't think that he said that.

At any rate, going by the photos, which can be dangerous, I think that the spotting on the reverse kills this coin. There is no way that that tarnish will dip off without leaving ugly spots behind. The coin is ruined in my opinion from improper storage. This is another of many examples that show "original surfaces" does not always translate into "beautiful coin."
