As for circulated green coloured notes in general, while I'm no expert, I've noticed they are prone to inconsistent shades of fading from one note to the next. The reason might that green is not a primary colour - it's a mixture of blue and yellow, and black for darker shades. Possibly paper banknotes were exposed to conditions that caused either the blue or yellow to fade more, resulting in the green taking on a different hue.
