The bottom of the O looks to fat but I'm unsure if this is damaged or some other form of doubling. Thanks for help.

Partial Grease Fill in the dies. The die may have been wiped down and it forced the grease in some of the areas of the devices. How do I know? When grease gets into a dies devices, it prevents part of the deeper part of the devices from forming. The devices are tapered in the die. The widest part is the top of the device, the deeper part is narrowed in. If they did the opposite, the die would never release the coin. So with the tapered part at the deepest part of the die, the grease would block the narrow part of the die, the device would not be as tall as it should be and it would be wider. That is what were are seeing on your coin. Struck Through Grease error.
