I stick to mostly U.S. coins so I could use some help for Grading opinions on this 1861 NB cent.
A recent pick up, I just liked the look of it.

Nice coin! still got some luster on it. My guess is a low AU

Yes, I would comfortably grade it as an AU.

Canadian trends is $70 (Canadian) in AU.

It is a very nice piece, better than mine.

obv lower half often weakly struck, especially around "new BRUNSwick"

don't get fooled by trends, can be found for around $25-$30

Nice looking coin! Makes me want to have one too. Looks at least AU58 to me but I wouldn't be surprised to see it with a MS grade as Wade suggests.

To me it looks like there's just a touch of wear on the hair behind the ear and above her eyebrow... in hand if there's no signs of wear in those spots I'd say MS
