It looks like it could make F-15.

Seated dollars are given a lot of grading slack when it comes to the sharpness of LIBERTY. While a Seated dime might need all letters clear to get F-12, a dollar can get an EF even with the center of LIBERTY quite faint. I'm on board with F-15 for your coin. Surfaces look original and problem-free. Nice choice for circulated type!

You see a lot of New Orleans minted Seated dimes from the early year issues that suffered that weak strike on the shield. I see enough detail left on the reliefs on both sides in all the right areas to justify a slightly higher grade. I think this coin made VF20.

VG-10. The reverse is better than that, but the obverse has a lot of wear. Since the obverse is usually 75% of the grade, that side usually sets the grade.

F-15 Twenty Cent Pieces are also given a bit of leeway with regards to the completeness of LIBERTY compared to the quarters and below as well, and even to a lesser degree the Half Dollars. The partial rim perimeter/denticles separation, some star details, and strong eagle detail push this up to a F-15. However, I'd like five letters of LIBERTY for a low VF (with all complete for a VF-30 or better). Photograde also agress with my guess.
