If I played chess, that would be an interesting set.

Too bad we can't see how many silver coins are there. Yes, cringe-worthy.

Here is my educated guess based on observation of the photos, and knowledge of chess pieces.

Kings - Silver Dollars - 2
Queens - Half Dollars - 2
Bishops - quarters - 4
Knights - nickels - 4
Rooks - dimes - 4
Pawns - cents - 16

Although it looks like it's missing a black bishop. Might be pretty hard to find a replacement...

I actually like that set quite a bit... Certainly unique! The missing bishop may pose a bit of a problem though....

Pass, already cherrypicked...
Bishop must've been a high dollar variety

seems kind of negligent for them not to mention anywhere that it is missing a piece. I know I would be very upset if I paid over $200 for a chess set and received a partial set. edit: it does mention it, disregard.

Sold for $208.77, even with unspecified "missing pieces". It just says "please view pictures", just like the counterfeit coins sellers say.

Goodwill's auctions are notoriously overpriced. I have no idea who pays those prices for those items. I can often find the same items for less on ebay.
Rest in Peace

One of my hobbies is just going there and adding hundreds of dollars to bids.

I found a bracelet like one I bought the wife 40 years ago for $350, at the time. Made the winner pay two Benjamins for it, and I am sad I didn't win.
