What do you think from PCGS?

Nice coin. I'd call it MS-64 or -65. Strike weakness but not as bad as the average UNC nickel 3-cent. Finding one with a fully struck "III" is difficult.

Very sharp and well-struck, with no significant wear visible to me. There's maybe a touch of rub on the hair near Liberty's ear. I'm not seeing any luster but luster is subtle and hard to photograph on 3-cent nickels. Surfaces are clean enough to qualify for MS-65 if luster is up to standard. I however would not crack a PCGS MS-65 3-cent coin so I'll guess this one was judged an AU-58. Excellent type coin!

I know little about 3c nickel but looks like a ms64/65....as mentioned luster is hard to see on these coins.

Lightly clashed MS64+ / MS65.

Nice clean cheek, I would give it a 64+ and leave it in it holder. If I would want a raw jon-key coin I would buy one.
