Based on the print runs and conditions, do you think which are keepers (holds value and is valuable enough to sell or trade), or spenders (not worth anything but face and should spend it)? Please help me! Thanks!

Nothing really jumps out at me, but here is some advice:
Shorten the video dramatically, showing only the fronts of each note for a maximum of 10 seconds each (or less), with no finger pointing - just change the bills quickly.
If it isn't UNC in condition, crisp, flat, no handling, with good centering, it's going to have to be pretty scarce to warrant any premium above face value or a couple of dollars more. I'd cull your collection a bit and trade off for quality.
All of the notes in your video are circulated, modern stars. Through experience you'll find that the heavily circulated, taped, and marked up notes have little to no value over face and are spenders.
I watched some of your other videos and salute your enthusiasm. I was an ANA member, but cancelled because of the domination of the shiny metal discs that they always feature......not enough focus on paper money. Keep posting and asking questions. Patience and experience goes a long way.
2003A F..* $1, 1999 BF..* $5, 2006 JL..* $20 and 2009A LA..* $100 are from full runs of 3.2 million. 2009 JD..* $10 is a 1.92 million run, but I would not save it. 2009A LG..* $100 is from a 768k run, however, I'd be inclined to spend the note because there isn't really that much demand for low-print run high denomination stars. 2013 MK..* $50 is from a 640k run. Is your note uncirculated? It might bring a premium to someone interested in $50 star notes. 2001 CB..* $50 is from a 320k run, however, I doubt it would be worthwhile to hold on something like this unless it was uncirculated. $50s are just too much money to tie up.
So the $1, $5, $10, $20's, and $100 are worth nothing but face. As for the $50's, the 2013 MK seems uncirculated, with no visible tear, fold, crease, or stain. However, the 2001 CB has a fold down the middle and has a writing in the corner. So, I think the only one worth saving is the 2013 MK $50?
I might be tempted to keep the 2013 $50 if I were you, but I would get it into a mylar currency sleeve before it gets any more handling damage. Scan or photograph the notes and we can get a better idea of what shape they are in.
