I had sent it to ANACS and the grade seemed a little low to me and to most of the CCF graders who responded to the thread. I recently cracked it out and submitted it as a raw coin to PCGS. Jaobler Pillar of the Community United States 6398 Posts	Posted 08/05/2016 05:00 am The "discoloration" on the reverse appears to be natural toning, with a basically neutral effect on eye appeal. I can't see that being a reason for a downgrade. The small vertical nick at the top of the V seems more likely to be grade-limiting at this level. PCGS graded it PR-66 which seems accurate to me, and a nice upgrade from the harsh ANACS grade. Report this Post to the Staff
